Shipping policy

All orders from Milani Collective are shipped from the United States. We currently ship within the United States, including all U.S. states and U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico and Hawaii. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

All items are ready to ship. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time includes order verification, packing, and preparing your order for carrier pickup or drop-off. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping time begins after your order has been processed. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. Express shipping typically takes 1-3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier performance.

All orders include tracking. Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Milani Collective is not responsible for stolen packages, delivery delays caused by the carrier, or packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. We strongly recommend shipping to a secure location.

While Milani Collective is not liable for carrier delays or theft after delivery, we are happy to assist with tracking issues and carrier inquiries when needed. If your package appears delayed or missing, please contact us so we can help investigate.

Order changes or cancellations are permitted within 6 hours of purchase or before fulfillment begins, whichever comes first. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes can no longer be made.
